O.C. Pepper Spray

This course is designed for any one required to have certified training to carry or use O.C. Spray in the performance of their duties. This course is not designed for civilian persons who carry pepper spray for protection only.

• How it is manufactured
  

• When can it be used legally
  

• Liabilities of use
  

• How to deploy the agent
  

• Physical effects of the agent

** As a requirement of this course; students will be in contact with the chemical. This gives the student the ability to experience the effects of the agent on themselves. There is also a small exercise to immediately follow the contact. Students should wear clothing that they feel comfortable getting wet or stained.
